VOTE HERE!

It’s that time again!

Many of you know that last year we did quite well in the 2013 Orlando Weekly’s Best of Orlando Issue. (We won Best Radio Show, Best Local Website, Best Local Public Facebook Feed, and Best Local Twitter Feed. Cool, huh?) We’d like to do just as well this year and that has everything to do with you! To me, there’s nothing more Orlando than two guys who call this place home and do their show locally and independently. We love this city and are love the fact that our studio is smack dab in the 32814 area code! So, if you support local businesses and independent free thought and comedy, we’d love to have you vote for us one more time! Here’s what you can do:

Keep in mind that in order to vote you will have to fill out a form to join with a password and an email address. (You can opt out of the mailer if you need to, FYI.) Write “A Mediocre Time with Tom and Dan” in for whatever you see fit but we’d love to shoot for that “Best Local Radio Show” category again. That’s the one we really want! But there are tons of great categories there for you to fill out not only for us but for the multitudes of other awesome Orlando small businesses, artists, and eateries.

They’re doing things a little different this year in that they’re doing two rounds of voting. The first round is a “write in vote” round where you have to write in our name if you’d like to help out. The second round will pit the winners against each other to see who will be named Orlando Weekly’s Best Of Orlando 2014 on July 30th.

We believe in this show so much and we know that many of you also believe that we can be successful independently and provide our city with awesome and funny content.  Support independent thought, conversation, and podcasting and help Tom and me out with your vote!
